Patient and confident in his findings. He has exceeded all my expectations with selling my home and finding me a new place. He does his research before you ever step foot on the property so you are not there to waste your time. I have asked him hundreds of questions and he always comes back with the right answers when he has the proper information. Purchasing a home, you need to be able to trust your agent. And being on both ends with him, selling and buying, he has never let me down, even though I have wanted to give up many times.
